1. Full Refund
We offer a full refund to anyone who has a change of mind. Full refund is valid in the first 7 days starting from the day you received our welcome letter.
Condition:
- No chats incurred during the first 7 days
2. Partial Refund
This is only valid for new orders. If you are not satisfied with our service in the first month (the first 30 days from the day you received our welcome letter), we will issue a partial refund to you. We will refund your money minus a 20% processing fee.
Condition:
- Not more than 10 chats incurred
3. Partial Refund (For advanced payments only)
If you have made advance payments in order to enjoy discounts and need to cancel the service early, we will refund you for any months unused. So let's say, you have made 3 months of payment in advance. You are in your first month and would like to cancel the service. We will refund you 2 months of payment minus a 10% processing fee of total initial order amount. We need to impose a 10% processing fee because when we received your payment, our payment processor will charge us a fee on that.
3. No refund
For clients who have used our service for at least 1 month, we are not able to issue any refunds because of the nature of the business. As this is a labor-intensive service, costs will still be incurred even if there's no chats incurred. We hope you understand this. This does not apply to clients who have made advanced payments. We will refund you for any months unused. Please check our refund policy on that above.
4. No refund (Per chat Plans)
When you purchase per chat plans, you are charged a one-time fee for the number of chats you have purchased. We will provide 24/7 support on any per chat plans. This means that we are not able to do any refunds for any unused chats because even though you are charged for number of chats used, we are still performing 24/7 support on your website. There is a 6 months expiry date for all unused chats in per chat plans. After 6 months, all unused chats will expired. If you like us to continue 24/7 support, you can purchase another per chat plan.
5. Cancellation
To cancel, we need a month's notice. Please inform us by sending us an email so we have a record of your cancellation notice. After receiving your cancellation email, we will reply within 24 hours to confirm with you. Once you confirmed, we will cancel the sevice in the following month.
